The app operates entirely offline and does not collect, track, or transmit any user information or device metrics. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any locally stored progression.
The app may offer optional one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
All content, design, code, artwork, and trademarks in NODE HUNTER are owned by The Wise Owl Nest, LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wise Owl Nest, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
